Hi,

I have a few blackberry users in my office. Some of them cant view HTML email.
As per the manual, I went to the emil settings, but I couldnt find the "Download Images Automatically" option or anything related to HTML. it has only the following options.

send mail to handheld
Save Copy in Sent Folder
Use Auto Signature
Use out of office Reply

The model is : 9300 smartphone (3G, wifi) v5.0.0.977 (Platform 6.3.0.63)

I request for the help of experts.
