1. U can create a bluetooth connection. And when you use the connection 2nd time around you won't need to start BBDM.
2. U can 1st run the "??DiviceMgr.exe??" with a "/Server" parameter. Then when its running and showing in task bar just like when BBDM is running you can then use the same BBDM connection to tether with your usb cable without running the BBDM. I can't remember the proper application name "??DiviceMgr.exe??" it shows in taskbar when BBDM is running.
