I know we had to update the MAPI when we upgraded to Exchange 2010 about 2 - 3 months ago.

Now that I think about it though, I think we started having issues around that same time. Is there something specific to Exchange 2010 that would cause this issue?

I also looked up the BESX version we have it is 5.02 Bundle 14
