Sorry, there is quick way to upgrade your 40 BlackBerries. Each one must be connected to a PC that has Desktop Manager installed along with the upgraded handheld software. When I have remote users upgrade their BlackBerry I walk them through the whole process over the phone. It usually takes about 30-60 minutes each. Since we are using BES, I normally dont have to backup anything. But if your not using BES, plan on backing up and restoring everything. This will add additional time to the whole upgrade process.
