| | Email set up on BB Torch 9800 (email setup icon is not responding)

Wonder if someone could help please?
I have received my new BB today. Synchronised all back up data. All is working well except my email accounts.
All email accounts are showing ok, however, when I go to Setup and try to click on Email Setup it simply not responding (email setup icon is highlighted but NOTHING is happening! Therefore I am unable to access email setup).
What do I have to do activate all my email accounts that are already on BB?
