I am new to all this. To backup on BB Desktop Software 6.01 do I just go to Device and click on backup?
When you say to reinstall the handheld OS, does that mean to follow the following thread?
Latest OS: 9550 5.0.0.1754/5.0.0.1082 (Multilanguage)
