I recently replaced a dead hard drive on my laptop.
I downloaded the Desktop Manager software from RIM website and installed it on my laptop. When I try to open the software I get a "BlackBerry Desktop Software has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." message.
The Error Signature reads:

What's wrong and how can I fix this?
