Wipe the device with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ for 2 articles) then reload your OS. Hopefully you have a backup of all your data and apps. Otherwise they are gone.

Once you get the OS reloaded, re-sync and restore from the back up. The re-register via host routing table and do a battery pull.

You could also try BBSAK and see if that will help you fix it.
