I'm sorry to break this to you, but QTel (Qatarnet) does not allow GPRS roaming, and thus does not allow BlackBerry. It works great for a phone, but you will not have any e-mail service. You MIGHT be able to use it in Kuwait as there is a Vodafone network there.
