I have an Exchange server with a BES Express server.
I have 5-6 users activated on the BES, but there is a single user I cannot activate. I've been able to activate other users on her phone, but I cant activate her email account on either her phone or my phone. Just stays on initializing.
Ive removed her account from BES (with the delete informaiton option) several times.
I am not sure where else to turn. Can anyone provide any advice. I've tried activating her account well over 20 times with no success, so I am pretty sure its not a typo
FYI: User gets the activate email and it stays in the inbox.
