| | BESX 5.0.3 MR1 for Domino has been "temporarily unavailable" for many days

I've been trying to download the latest maintenance release (MR1) for BES Express 5.0.3 on Domino, over the last few days, but there seems to be a problem with RIM's website.
When I click on the Download button on the last of many forms, it says that the file is temporarily unavailable... but it's been that way for days, and it's supposed to have been released 6 weeks ago.
I checked that I can download the corresponding BESX 5.0.3 MR1 for Exchange just fine, so I guess that's no a case of me not doing the right thing.
Since there's a webmaster at blackberry.net e-mail advertised on the support website, I spent 10 min writing a detailed problem report, but promptly got an automated reply, along the lines of "please contact us through an authorized channel".
Definitely NOT nice.
Does someone have inside reach to RIM and is able to actually report this to them, and have it fixed?
