Hello,
1) pls my sms icon is not showing on my bold9700 for over a month now. am running on an os 6.
i cant seem to understand y

2) i get an "uncaught exception: java.lang.Nullpointerexception" message when ever i restart the fone.

3) at times i remove my fone from ma pocket and it doesnt respond for about some minutes.

4) my bb of recent has bin hanging alot, for a week now, each morning i wake up i see not enough memory notification, delete app. and before i sleep its onli the standard 4apps that are running

5) am getting frustrated as am onli in my 3rd month of use.
