If it is under warranty see if your service provider/carrier will replace it.
I know there were reports about that problem with Bold 9780s made in Mexico awhile back, but I see nothing about the 9300.
It may not be a case of how fast or even how hard you are typing. It could be you are hitting the edges of keys as you move around the keyboard.
