Default 9650 software issue- anyone else?

I have the 6.0 bundle 2333 (v6.0.0.524, platform Hope thats all the information needed.

Anyway, This is my second tour and its doing the same as the last one. at least once a day I will answer the phone and the person on the other end cannot hear me, I can hear them. The mute is turned off, the volume is turned up etc... Anyone else have the same issues?
