Has this worked correctly in the past? If so what have you changed recently?
What device do you really have or what carrier are you really using? The device listed, the 8900 doesn't work on the Verizon network.
First, the obvious, do you have a BB data plan and are you using BIS or BES? Is email set up correctly?
On your PC Client, under "Advanced Settings" do you have "Leave Messages on Server" checked?
