Thanks in advance for the help. I had an account a few years ago but had to sign up for a new one since I couldn't seem to find where to send a password reminder and I'll be damned if I remember that.

Aaaanyways, basically my Dad has a Torch 9860 on Rogers and we are thinking of getting him one of these new fangled (WiFi only) Kobo tablets for his birthday but I can't find from any documentation if a Rogers 9860 is capable of making a mobile hotspot, which is pretty critical considering he would be using it almost exclusively while travelling around Canada.
