BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0 the following on win7
net connect broadband landline also

Appworld 3.0 is loaded on laptop. when i connect mobile to download any application is observered

1. Device manager and desktop software initialises.
2. explorer and firefox both fail to recognise the phone saying connect device even when it is connected.

any help / idea / suggestions
