Yeah it is detected by the bb desktop manager but the problem is that the fone doesn't even start so we can't get in!!we even changed the batterie nothing aheppen!!the fone is just off!!nothing before it acted like that hapened...still doing the same thing!!he just has it for 3 moths...don't understand!!sometime blackbery just xxxx up hey!!!
