I spent another 2 hours on the phone with AT&T again today... as of today they show this problem as a "Trend" for all 4g (3G+ - or I think she referred to it as 4 plus or something) capable devices. Thus it's not device specific. They have a network ticket and are addressing it. They are calling me back Friday to see how it's going.
