Dear All,

We are experiencing an issue and really need some assistance.

We have users who have exchange 2010 email boxes that are 50Gig +, as they are financial services users they do not want to archive or delete emails.

Due to the size outlook crashes, when it crashes the blackberry then stops working for hours at a time.

Also at random times the BB will not receive emails this goes for all users with very very large mailboxes.

We have the following set up
Exchange 2010 v14.01.0355.002
BES Express v5.0.3 - installed on the Exchange server
Outlook 2010

Would very much appreciate any help anyone could provide.
