We just migrated a client to new servers, and to an in-house exchange from a hosted exchange solution. They had BES functionality for ONE user, and we had to setup BES Express for that one user on the new servers....
How do I connect his device, that was connected to a different BES, to our new one?
Do I have to wipe the device?
Someone else suggested that I could try simply deleting the service books from the old BES and then connecting the device to the new BES - would that work?
If I do have to wipe the device, if I do a full backup using Desktop Manager, will we be able to restore his apps, texts, etc. to the device after connecting it to the new BES?
Any guides and info you can provide would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
