Yes they use cached mode, but because it take so long I had to change it to online mode so he could work, issue is it that he has a laptop and needs access to it.

Also the laptop is non-domain and uses RPC over Https to access ! adds to my troubles I think, but also domain users are having the issue so i ruled it out.

With the BB though would the size cause an issue? If we do any of the above will it solve the bb issue also?
