Ok so now that the problems seems to be the mini usb connector on the PB , if your good at working on electronics you may be able to replace the connector yourself. Do a Google search on the internet and you will se a few YouTube postings that can lead you in a direction needed. It will require use of a soldering iron and extreme caution in the disassembly but it seems doable.

If your unable to do the repair your only solution is to send it for repair to a company doing such.
