Thanks for your response ....

Nope - this BB is not on Enterprise. In any case, out IT policy does permit international calls!

I do not have any call blocking option - this is not available by default on AT&T, I believe. AT&T has re-provisioned my phone 4 times in the last 10 days to ensure that there is no call blocking.

Thanks for the suggestions - would appreciate any other inputs!
