Hi, thanks for the reply, have had a look at the link and all seems to be ok, the password is correct that we put in as have tried many different passwords over the last week or so and none have worked.
Yesterday i security wiped the phone, deleted the user from bes waited an hour re-added the user, set password of a and tried again, still the same, tried normal owa access and that did not work either even though owa for this user is fine over web browser etc?
looked again last night and there was a forward set on the account in exchange, read somewhere this may be an issue so have taken this off and asked the customer to try again.
Will see if this makes any difference, have tested permissions and all comes back fine.
