To view MMS messages you need to have a legit BlackBerry data plan. Not a generic smartphone data plan. If you have this and you're still not getting MMS images natively then you need to call your carrier. It sounds like you're using a pre-paid plan of some kind. You have to be very specific with your carrier about adding on a BlackBerry data plan.
