i am aware of the data plans but i dont now what it costs. because i wont be using it much for emails i didnt think i would need it.
i am also looking at the 9360. which a friend of mine has just got. it looks really nice.

Depending on the country in which you live, you will be required to have a data plan on your device, and you will need it if you wish to ever desire to check e-mail.
