Sorry, tsac. I had started another thread, which an admin later shut down. Desktop Software Manager 7.0 had caused me sync problems. After reading some posts in this forum, I deleted 7.0, loaded 6.1, and things got worse. That's when I started the new thread. Then, when the admin closed my thread, he/she also posted a link, saying that my topic was under discussion here.

Should I start a separate thread, again?

How do I get a version, any version, of BB Desktop software that will let me restore my device's (Curve, Verizon) address book? Restoring didn't work either.
