I dont see any options but the carriers can limit the number of characters as well as the number of multiple contacts for a single message. I would call and speak to a tier 2 person with the question. I suggest bypassing the initial help desk unless they have the answer and sound confident.

I dont read the language on their web site. Take a look and see if there is an explaination on it.
