Question BESX Problems with our public internet IP?

Hi all, it is time to ask you something.

Im from uruguay, we have an infraestructure with 7 BB Bold 8900, 1 Exchange Server 2007 on Server 2003 64 Bits & BESX.

Recently (Today 00:31 Excatly) a lot of logs in 2003 server started written:

Event ID: 10.000 | Black Berry Router (Error)

Event ID: 20.000 | Black Berry Router (Warning)

Event ID: 20.000 | Black Berry Router (Warning)
SRPReceiverHandler: Select failed with error code 10038

Event ID: 50.097 | BlackBerry Dispatcher BBESX (Information)
[SRP] Dispatcher\SRP Connection dropped, Error=0, Reason=-7 Router disconnected

Event ID: 50.096 | BlackBerry Dispatcher BBESX (Information)
[SRP] Dispatcher\SRP Connection established

Even 3 minutes the evets log again.

1 user, connected oly to the wireless network provider (Movistar, in this case) told me that was not recieviing e-mails. When i disconect wireless network & connect wifi netwwork e-mails appear on inbox.

I try all the things to do, ping our node, tracert, telnet, all is OK.

Our internet connection is an Dynamic ADSL (12 hours and change ip). Cassually, 00:30 the connection take a new ip and the problem start here, 12 hours after, 12:30 aprox. change again but the problem persist. later, around 15:00 hs i change the default gateway on the server (other internet privider, static ip X.x.x.x) 20 minutes and the logs stop. I retrieve the situation and the problem start again. I need to know if my ip address of my internet provider is blocked or something.

Can you help me?
