Your best bet is to ask the app developer.
If you expect anyone here to be able to help you, you need to name the app, describe any error messages you see, describe how the app is behaving, and tell what troubleshooting you've already tried.
And you also should try a hard reset, if you haven't already. That is, remove the battery while the power is on, wait 30 seconds, put the battery back, and try again.
