Thanks a lot pals... Somehow I managed to get to my device folders and clicked on "show hidden" it then showed a "picture folder and a "camera" folder both for media card and device memory... I encrypted the folders again and went to the "Personal lock" application and it now prompted me to decrypt them, I did and everything is now back to normal. The files that did not decrypt I removed the extension in the file name(plk) and is all good now. I have learnt a lot here and there.
