I am a newbie when it comes to BES, please forgive my introductory questions;

I have BES Express 5.0.3 Bundle 12. My client has 1 device that is using the BES.
We are Running SBS 2008 which has Exchange 2007 SP3 Build 245

My client complains of 2 issues.
1. We cannot get the Global Address List or Public Folders - Contacts onto her device. Alternately, can we get MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Contact list onto her phone?

2. When we first connected her device to the BES server her personal contacts from the phone merged with her Outlook contacts. We would like to know if there is a way to have separate address books or contact groups on the phone.
