| | No show PIN device information

I have a BES version 18.104.22.168. When i list manage users and click a PIN to show device information, i have the next message: "The system has encountered an error. Please contact your administrator". I have this problem with all device i changed recently, the last three month. Anyway the users have not problems with email, calendar o contacts.
to do a switch pin i did:
1.- Backup old pin with desktop manager.
2.- Turn off old pin and get sim.
3.- In BES specify an activation password in user menu.
4.- Tun on new ping and insert sim.
5.- Go to activation enterprise and insert email and the new activation password.
After that, BES change the old pin to new, but i can't see device information of this new pin.
What i did wrong in this process?.
