A BlackBerry user at our organization has been using a generic inbox (e.g. support) as a contractor. Now he's been hired on full-time, and has a new, personal AD account and Exchange mailbox (e.g. jsmith). We are not migrating or deactivating the generic account: this is a new, separate inbox.
On BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express 5 connected to Outlook 2010, how would I update the existing BlackBerry ID associated with support to sync with the jsmith inbox instead?
This user does not want to lose his BlackBerry settings (other than the generic account's calendar, contacts, inbox, etc.) and downloaded apps by performing a security wipe and creating a new BlackBerry ID. I would like to eventually create a new BlackBerry ID for another contractor using the support inbox.
