Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, we would like to retain the user profile, emails, contacts, etc. of the support account for the next contractor. Otherwise I would have approached it this way.
Is there a way to re-assign a device to a new AD user without changing the BlackBerry ID and losing apps and settings?
And no, BES and Exchange (sorry, not Outlook) are not sharing a server.
