from the assistant outlook i can see the CEO's Calendar , and we can add and edit any appointment .

from the assistant blackberry i can see her calendar only , and after selecting Options i can see the ( outlook Calendar ) her calendar only and BIS calendars ( gmail , hotmail )

But I can not see the CEO's Calendar
