If you have Duress alerts enabled, you have to ensure users dont have passwords such as:

11111
aaaaa
etc
etc

As this will trigger the Duress Alert every time the user unlocks the device.

You can enable a Password Pattern Checks IT Policy item which I believe will stop users from setting such passwords.
