Thanks for your response
The phone has been connected to my laptop for a few hours now so the battery should be fully charged.
And I tried most of the stuff on the web, but many of them include updating the software through blackberry desktop software. I tried this like a 100 times as well, but when the device software is being updated, when it reaches the part for "reconnecting to jvm", it gives me an error stating that: "the application loader could not connect to your blackberry device". So I cannot update the software/device and I'm stuck.
After I tried all these things, now when I connect the phone to the computer, it gives me another error on the phone: "error 507, reload software, for further information visit www dot blackberry dot com/507". I checked the url too, and it basically contains the steps for updating the software, which I am not able to do.
Could you please help me with this matter?
