This is my first post and you guys are my last rescue!
Have the same problem with my CEO's BB 9900 here. Everything is working fine except the attachments. What I already did:
2. Remove from BES and recreate user account
3. Complete Reset of BB
4. BB warranty change by our carrier and new activation.
Then, it works maybe 2 or 3 times and after, it's dead again. He's the only of our 60 BB Users in my company that has this problem.
The only thing I did every time was to restore his older E-Mail back to the BB because he need them daily...
