Hi there, can ANYONE please help me.
1. I have the 9900 Bold, and I'm constantly battling with signal on me phone. Have to switch my mobile network off and on again before receiving any BIS related msgs(BBM, whatsapp, email ect.)
2.My download speed dropped from 100kb to 11 or even 4 kbps and eventually just gives a ERROR when trying to download. I am on contract, always have 3G signal, did bat pull, seen my carrier(vodacom), no problem from them. Is it just a phone problem, coz I'm not the 1st person to complain about that.
3.When sending any pictures over BBM, the person Receiving it just NEVER get it.
4.When Receiving a BBM Broadcast Msg, it NEVER shows in purple, what could cause that problem?

If anyone could please help me, I'd really appreciate it. Thank u in advance.
