I have been unable to access the internet on my curve 9300. I can't use the browser, facebook or mms functions on my phone. My carrier is optus, and I use the generic turbo cap rate plan. Could the issue simply be that I dont have the Blackberry turbo cap? I also dont have a blackberry service account, because when I try to register through my carrier, it says "registration message sent". However, I never receive this registration message, no matter how long I wait. I have tried the "register now" option in the "host routing table" menu, and this does nothing. Do I have to change the APN settings?
Any help will be VERY much appreciated!
