I'm trying to diagnose an issue with an email that a CEO sent from Outlook. The issue is that the email did not appear as 'sent' on his BB until 13 hours later. Naturally, the email was super important and he needed to make sure it was sent, which he couldn't.
This is a one-off as other emails are appearing as sent on his BB within a minute. I've got the MAGT logs and am trying to check for errors but I'm not even sure what to look for exactly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
