I downloaded an app last night and as soon as it installed my phone started to reboot. Since then it has just been on a reboot loop. The white line gets nearly to the end then a red light comes on and it starts all over again. I have tried a soft re-start: alt shift del a battery pull (loads of times!) I have tried to log on to blackberry desktop manager and resettle whole phone but it tries to connect to the phone every time! I am stuck at what else to do! Can anyone help? Thanks
