"Allow Other Message Services IT Policy"

Do you know where I can locate this on the BAS page?

Ive navigated to POLICY > Manage IT Policies > Default IT Policy > Edit.

Implementing new addon's is not an option, they require something to work with our current solution. (Just a BES 5.0 server).

Sorry to make it a toughie guys, I thought it would be easy!
