Actually, I was using the windows 7 version. It still has this problem.
I have the latest software available, and it still has this issue. I really don't want a hard wipe done ot my blackberry, but this is increasingly going to be the case from the looks of it.
The underlying issue is that my blackberry cannot connect to the blackberry server or the internet (except via wifi) and I really need to be able to use BBM. Blackberry tech support is completely unhelpful and seems like they do not even know what they are doing.
