I can confirm that if I downgrade to OS 5, I can receive the BIS emails. The services books for these emails are all shown as disallowed.

I am no admin. My guess is that OS 5 does not manage this correctly and thus allow the emails coming through. OS 6 fixed the problem.

Can anyone confirm this?
