| | User moved to new Exch 2007 PO now can't sync

Have a customer who was moved to a newly installed Exch 2007 post office server. He's using a 8900 over AT&T network that worked previously on a different PO in the same org. bES server manager sees him on the new PO, but now his 8900 locks.
Power off / battery out reset does work, but BB still locks and will not communicate with the BES.
Anyone see this before? Any pointers/help would be appreciated.
