We are using Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise.
All other 19 Blackberry users have no issues with there Blackberries. Its only this specific user that has the issue. I feel your checks (1 to 4) would be more relevant if the issue affected ALL Blackberry users we have, which it doesn't.
For your information I have even setup another user on the same Blackberry device and functionality is perfect. All Blackberry Enterprise Server services are running ok.
Could there be a problem within the specific user's Active Directory account ?
