I'm trying to get our blackberry to only beep for certain messages that occur and only when there are 10 or more of them within 10 mins or so.
We get system alerts daily and I'm trying to setup support for them with our team. I have been using the filters but they can only filter out by message but not only just respond after you get a certain number of them.
I'm trying to avoid staff from getting pages unneccessarily at night. I thought about possibly creating a Blackberry app using Eclipse. I've never done this, but don't know of anyother way to do this. Any help/suggestions would be great. Thanks
